SET BRONZE FIGURES SCULPTURE PROBABLY AROUND 1900
CRYING GIRL AND CRYING BOY

CRYING GIRL
The figure is approx. 90mm high and weighs approx. 292g.
The girl wears a dress, an apron, a headgear and shoes.
The right arm is bent and with the index finger the girl wipes a tear away.
We do not know why she cries, perhaps because the figure is not signed.

CRYING BOY
The figure is approx. 85mm high and weighs approx. 189g. The boy wears a shirt, trousers, shoes and a cap.
While the right hand disappears in the trouser pocket, he wipes his eye with the left hand.
This figure is also unsigned.


We assume that these two bronzes are works from around 1900. The figures are in a very good condition, show no damages and show a nice patina.
Give the two children a new home so that they can laugh again...
